Return and Refund

Return Policy

• Buying any standard furniture item from us, you can return it within 14 calendar days.
• To be accepted for return, items must be in complete configuration and without damage.
• The customer has no right to reject a tailor-made item of proper quality.

Ways to return

• You can return an item to the address of our showroom in Ivano-Frankivsk (1D Halytska Street)
• To return from other cities, you may use courier services (at their rates).

Refund Policy

• A refund is issued upon return of an item to the company’s showroom by the same payment method the purchase was made.
• Upon return of an item to the showroom, it is diagnosed for completeness of configuration and the absence of damage.
• The company is not responsible for the quality of packaging and damage that may occur during the return delivery by the customer or third parties.
• In case any damage is diagnosed, the cost of restoration is estimated and agreed with the customer. The restoration cost is deducted from the refund amount.
• If damage is not recoverable, the item is not subject to return.
